Information you choose to provide
When you call, email, use the project planner, or submit a website form, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, service address or ZIP code, property details, requested service, timing, and message. Do not submit sensitive medical, financial, or identity information through a general estimate request.
How information is used
Information is used to answer questions, check service availability, prepare or discuss an estimate, schedule requested work, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and improve website performance. Majestic Cleaning LLC does not sell personal information.
Website measurement and advertising
The website may record a short browser session identifier, the unique pages viewed during a 30-minute session, and clicks on call buttons to understand how visitors explore and contact the business. Visitor notifications may include the page, call-button label and business phone number, referring website or campaign, device category, approximate city, state, or country, and a masked IP address, and may be delivered through Telegram. Repeated views of the same page in one session are not reported. Other analytics or advertising providers may also process device, browser, referrer, campaign, and interaction data under their own policies. A call-button click indicates that the phone dialer was opened, not that a call was completed. The website will not treat a form as a completed lead until a submission is successfully received.
Retention, security, and choices
Reasonable measures are used to protect business records, but no internet transmission is guaranteed secure. Information is retained only as reasonably needed for the business purpose, legal obligations, or dispute prevention. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us, subject to records we must lawfully retain.
