Service pages describe possible options, not a promise that every task, city, date, or condition is accepted. Availability, scope, access, safety, products, timing, and price must be confirmed directly. Calculator ranges are preliminary estimates and are not locked prices.
Property condition and specialist boundaries
Clients should disclose conditions that affect safety or scope. Mold, sewage, bodily fluids, sharps, chemicals, pests, unsafe structures, regulated waste, or other hazards may require a qualified specialist. Cleaning does not guarantee a security-deposit return, inspection result, stain removal, property value, or restoration outcome.
Quotes, scheduling, and access
Quotes depend on accurate information. Material changes to condition or requested work may change the scope or price. A service date is not confirmed until Majestic Cleaning LLC accepts the request. Clients are responsible for lawful access, utilities when needed, parking or gate instructions, pets, alarms, and authorized decision-making.
Acceptable use and external links
Do not misuse the website, submit unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with operation. External platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Google Maps, or review sites are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
